Fred A. Messore, Senior Vice President/Broker, served as the sole broker in the sale of 55, 57, 59 & 63 Glade Street in West Haven, Connecticut. The property, consisting of a 29-unit apartment building and an additional nine (9) condominiums, was purchased by Greystone Management Group, LLC for a total purchase price of $3,800,000.
The seller, Savin Rock Communities, was represented by Attorney Karen Kravetz of Cohen & Acampora, Attorney’s at Law in East Haven, CT. The buyer was represented by Attorney Elliot Steinmetz of Rosenberg & Steinmetz PC in Valley Stream, NY.
“This sale is indicative of the high demand in the marketplace for multi family assets. Although it took longer than anticipated to arrive at a closing, Mr. Messore overcame many challenges in getting this over the finish line for our client.”, said Richetelli.
