Apples, Pumpkins, Pies, Oh my! Get in the fall spirit and visit the West Haven Apple Festival this weekend, September 23-25. The event features food, entertainment, crafts, rides and games. All proceeds from the raffle and silent auction will benefit W.H.E.AT. and Alex’s Kitchen. The Apple Festival takes place on the Historic West Haven Green; sponsored by the First Congregational Church of West Haven on 1 Church Street. The hours are Friday 5pm-10pm, Saturday 12noon-10pm, and Sunday 12noon-6pm.
