The attorney representing the Seller was Richard V. Bortolot Law Offices located in Stratford, CT. The Buyer’s attorney was David K. Kurata of Q&R Associates, LLC in Fairfield, CT.
Weirsman also represented the Seller, Peter Bonaventure in the sale of 354 Woodmont Road, Unit 13, in Milford for $117,000. The 2,000 SF commercial condominium will soon be the offices of Duct Diagnostics, LLC. The Buyer was represented by Wayne Chmura of Keller Williams Realty Partners.
