Michael Richetelli, President and Designated Broker of Colonial Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of 149 1/2 Front Avenue, a 6,000 sf former terminal building on 1.69 acres. The property was part of a larger piece, formerly used by Matlaw's food processing, whose principals still owned the parcel and were represented by Richetelli. The property was sold for $250,000 to Frederick A. Gallipoli.

Kevin Weirsman and Tom Doyle were the sole Brokers involved in the sale of 9 Research Drive in Milford. The property, which consists of a 14,700 SF mixed use office and retail/showroom building on 1.04 acres, was sold for $825,000. The buyer has plans to renovate and update the property to draw new tenants, capitalizing on its excellent signage and immediate I-95 access. Weirsman and Doyle now represent the new owner for the leasing of the property.

The building sits on 2 acres and was home to State Farm Insurance for a number of years. Precious Cargo has several locations throughout New Haven County.

Mike Richetelli and Kevin Weirsman have completed a lease with Dunkin Donuts for 2,700 sf next to 99 Restaurant. The new Dunkin Donuts store is owned by DanCorp, which currently operates over 10 locations. The new store opened in the Spring of 2008 and features drive thru-service.
263 Boston Post Rd., Orange - LEASED
Mike Richetelli represented the owner, Crossroads Associates in the leasing of 2,750 sf at Crossroads Plaza, to Bruegger’s Bagels. The new store is scheduled to open in November, 2008 and is part of a statewide expansion of the franchise. Bruegger’s will be a co-tenant in the building with Quizno’s Sub and Dip Top Ice Cream.
