Weirsman, a West Haven resident, began his commercial real estate career with Colonial in 1999 and has an impressive list of credentials, including Past President of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors CID (Commercial Investment Division) and recipient of several industry awards. Over the past ten years he has completed many notable commercial deals in the New Haven area. In addition to his accomplishments in the commercial real estate arena, Weirsman has also been very active in the community, including being a member of the West Haven Rotary Club and involved in fundraisers to benefit the American Cancer Society. “I am extremely excited to have Kevin back on our team at Colonial; his experience and professionalism were key ingredients in helping our firm gain increased market share and success over the past decade and I’m looking forward to working with him again", Richetelli said.
