Colonial Celebrates 30th Anniversary
Colonial Properties, Inc. is proud
to announce the completion of its 30th year in business. Colonial
was founded in 1978 and has now proudly served the region for 3
decades. Started by Gary Richetelli as a small two-man office in
West Haven, CT, the company has grown to become one of the leading
full-service firms in the area and is now headquartered in Orange.
Founded as a family-owned business, they have taken great care over
the last 30 years to maintain a close-knit company, which emphasizes
