Messore of Colonial Properties Appointed Director to New Haven Middlesex Association of REALTORS®

Fred A. Messore, of Orange has been appointed to the Board of Directors for The New Haven Middlesex Association of REALTORS® (NHMR) for a 3 year term.

Fred A. Messore is Senior Vice President with Colonial Properties, Inc., located in Orange, CT.  He has been a real estate agent for 10 years and specializes in all facets of Commercial and Development transactions as well as Residential. He holds Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification designations. He has been recognized with awards from his peers of the Commercial and Investment Division (CID) of NHMR in 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015 for “Most Transactions”, 2014 for “Mixed Use” and 2016 for  Multi-Parcel Assemblage Deal of the Year.

The New Haven Middlesex Association of REALTORS is “The Voice for Real Estate” for New Haven and Middlesex counties. The Association is comprised of over 2,700 members and is the second largest Realtor association in the state. NHMR provides professional development, education, programs and resources for Realtors and appraisers.
