Lindsey has been with the Colonial Properties team since 2012, and has over 10 years of professional office experience, seven of which have been in Real Estate. Lindsey handles all of Colonial Properties’ marketing materials, including advertisements, marketing brochures, offering memorandums and signage. While marketing is Lindsey’s main focus, she also manages the reception area, performs day to day operations/support for the office, and fulfills the administrative needs of the broker and the agents.
A true Marylander at heart, Lindsey is originally from the suburbs of Washington, DC, and visits her family in Maryland as often as possible. Lindsey currently resides in East Haven, CT with her wonderful husband Dylan Murphy and their beautiful daughter, Elizabeth. Lindsey is an animal lover and has rescued over six animals in her adult life. When she is not working she enjoys cooking for her family, restoring/up cycling furniture and kayaking.
