ORANGE, CT…. Michael Richetelli, President and Designated Broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., is pleased to announce that Kevin Weirsman has re-joined the firm. A lifelong resident of the New Haven area, Kevin grew up in Orange and is a graduate of Hopkins School in New Haven.
Kevin returns to Colonial Properties as Vice President of Commercial Sales, after holding the position of Senior Sales Executive on CoStar Group’s Debt & Equity Team where he focused on advising regional property investors, REITs, Multi-Family Developers, and Brokerages. Most recently, Kevin worked at TotalSource, a human resources platform, adding value to employee benefits for Connecticut based companies. Prior to his time at CoStar and TotalSource, Kevin spent 15 years with Colonial Properties as a Commercial Broker. Knowing Real Estate was always his true passion, Kevin is pleased to return to Colonial Properties. Kevin is licensed in both Connecticut and Massachusetts; he lives in Orange with his wife Stephanie and their daughter Brynn Elizabeth.
