Tom Doyle represented the Landlord, York Business Center, LLC, in the leasing of 719 & 727 Campbell Ave, West Haven, CT. 719 Campbell Ave, consisting of 4,000 +/- SF Industrial/Retail space was leased to Jordan Greenstein for a two (2) year term; 727 Campbell Ave, consisting of 330+/- SF Office space was leased to Inspired Occasion Party Rentals and Events for a one (1) year term.
Doyle also represented York Business Center, LLC, in the leasing of 3,800 +/- SF Industrial Warehouse space located at 748 Washington Ave, Unit C, West Haven, CT to Lujo Bar for a three (3) year term. Lujo Bar was represented by Gary Bellard, CCIM, also with Colonial Properties.

The Landlord, Di Sibio Paraiba Investments, LLC, was represented by Richard Girouard, Jr. of Klein New England. Cigar & More will be relocating their existing shop and lounge.
