Last week, Mike Richetelli, President and Designated Broker of Colonial Properties, Fred A. Messore, Senior Vice President and Kevin Weirsman, Vice President, attended the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) National Deal Making event in NYC. This is ICSC’s second largest global deal making event, and is held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in NY. The International Council of Shopping Centers is the global trade association of the shopping center industry.
The event drew 10,000 attendees to network with shopping center owners and developers, retail tenants, brokers and other industry professionals. The Colonial team was there to represent their commercial clients in negotiating deals, presenting properties to developers and tenants and getting informed about national trends in the market.
