The Seller, KUSH RUDHA, LLC was represented by Mike Grieder, REALTOR® with Godin Property Brokers in Middlebury. The Buyer will be converting the building to be used for medical office space. The Seller was represented by Attorney Kevin Smith with Pellegrino Law Firm in New Haven, CT. The Buyer was represented by Attorney Lisa Kent with Kent Law, LLC in Southport, CT.

The 10,000 SF +/- light industrial building on 1.57 +/- acres is located off I-84 and was the former home of Carrington Company for decades. The Seller, Carrington Company, LLC was represented by Attorney Max S. Case, Esq. of Jacob and Case, P.C. in Milford, CT.
