Fred A. Messore, SVP, represented the Landlord in the leasing of 2,500 +/- SF of office space located at 42 Cherry Street, 2nd floor, Milford, CT for a three (3) year term. Mike Richetelli, President, represented the Tenant, Trebco Specialty Products. The Landlord’s attorney was Jerome A. Lacobelle in West Haven, CT; the Tenant was represented by Attorney Steven T. Garsh of Berkowitz, Trager and Trager in, Westport, CT.
Mike Richetelli represented the Landlord, Dr. Leo Zygelman, in the leasing of 860 +/- SF first floor office space located at 370 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT for a three (3) year term. The Tenant, Bella Rose Beauty, was represented by Lisa Zucaro, Realtor, Colonial Properties. Bella Rose Beauty is a skincare and waxing studio owned by Michele Antonucci of Orange.
