The 980 SF retail space was previously a Metro PCS cell phone store, and will continue operations as such. The attorney representing Milford Associates was Paul Petigrow Esq. of New Jersey; the Tenant’s attorney was Laura Pasternek from Gibbon, Anthony and Flaherty LLP.
Kevin Weirsman, Vice President at Colonial Properties, Inc., represented the Landlord, Prime Realty LLC, in negotiating a (5) five year lease with Great Expressions Dental at 297 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT. The 2,500 SF medical space was previously occupied by Aspen Dental. The Tenant was represented by Alan Zuckerman of Alan Zuckerman Real Estate.
