ORANGE, CT… Michael Richetelli, President and Designated Broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., is pleased to announce that Gary Bellard, CCIM, has joined Colonial Properties as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Gary is a Real Estate professional with over 40 years of experience. He received the elite designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 1979 at the age of 25.
During his real estate career, Gary has been involved with industrial, office and retail sales, leasing and management, and multiple property tax deferred exchanges. Gary has also sold hundreds of homes in Fairfield and New Haven Counties. He was born and raised and currently resides in Orange.
As a long term investor, and commercial property manager, Gary knows what it’s like to own and manage all types of properties enabling him to assist property owners with high quality advice.
